COMAR played the role of a project manager for the construction of a 100m long groyne and the nourishment of the hotel’s beach. Our work involved fulltime administrative and technical coordination and supervision of the different components of the project. The project involved transplanting of live coral species, supply, packing and shaping of boulders to form a groyne, excavation of rubble from the nearshore area and supply and placement of imported sand to form a much improved swimming and beach area.
