The Palmyra, Rose Hall, Jamaica

A sheltered bay was created for this luxury condo development on what was a rough and rocky shoreline. Our work involved a range of construction activities from the relocation of live corals and sea grass to the construction of breakwaters and gazebos. More than 13000 cubic meters of large boulders were used to construct offshore submerged and emergent breakwaters and groynes and the nearshore area was dredged to create a swimming area. The project also included the construction of a jetty, river-stone finished walkways and a hardwood gazebo.
