Design and Construction of Islands, Lagoon, and Marina

Smith Warner is in the midst of a multi-year design-build project transforming what was a rocky shore into the exclusive, new oceanfront neighborhood called South Bank, Turks and Caicos. Before beginning construction, we guided the project through a rigorous environmental permitting process. We designed the inshore marina and lagoon, creating two islands surrounded by single-family homes with maximized waterfront access. Our work includes beach creation and the excavation of the marina basin and construction of docks and jetties.
